BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please ensure that you read our booking conditions before proceeding to book. When you book an appointment, it will be on the basis that you have understood and accepted the following conditions.
1. Appointments and cancellations
Please ensure that you arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance to enable us to deliver the session smoothly and correctly and to give enough time for you and others, so as not to disrupt the day's schedule. If you are late just for 5 mins, there may not be enough time to complete the session which may result in the appointment being forfeited. If circumstances allow for flexibility, we might accomodate, whilst HypnotismPower will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
On booking a one-to-one live hypnotherapy session, please note that a minimum of 48-hour notice is required to make a cancellation without charge. If cancellation is made less than 48 hrs, a cancellation fee is chargeable at £100.
2. Payments
All payments must be made first before an appointment is made. Payments can be made via eCart, Paypal, cash or bank transfer. It will be arranged for disclosing bank details once you are ready to pay for a booking via bank transfer. If there are cancellations, charges will be deducted from your payment.
Only Cash payments will be accepted, if payment is made on the day of your appointment. We are not in the capacity to credit cards, debit cards or cheques.
3. Safety
We abide by our hypnotism creed pledge and professional Code of Ethics and Standards taking reasonable steps to ensure your safety, physically and mentally.
On the other hand, everything will be done to protect HypnotismPower's right to work in an environment free from violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated. Any indication of any such behaviour will lead to the session being terminated immediately with no refund of the fee.
We are not abligated to accept anyone under influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs in our practice. We may have to forfeit the prepaid fee of clients who may arrive for a session in this condition. We may, within reasons, attempt to re-arrange the session, but an additional £50 administrative fee is chargeable.
4. Confidentiality
It is in our code of practice that clients' details and records are to be kept in the strictest of confidence.
